Hand-crafted in the heart of Birmingham, on the site of the historic Round House, our gin is crafted in our copper still sitting centre stage in the upstairs cocktail bar. The Roundhouse Gin is a unique citrus gin with herbal notes & spicy undertones, using a combination of pink grapefruit, basil, black peppercorns & 13 traditional botanicals. It is produced in small batches in our custom copper pot still, using exceptionally high-quality ingredients and 100% pure wheat spirit.
